The tonic and harmonious Asanas*, prepare your muscles for the not so familiar position on the board when it comes to paddling and balance, whereas the breathing exercises (pranayama) serve to reinforce concentration and posture.

The yoga sessions are organised in function with your surf lessons and take place at least twice a day and up to four times a day.
Our certified yoga teacher Xenia Goffaux has a diploma from the Institute of Health and Yoga of Cologne.
