Xenia is a certified professor in physical education since 1997.
A trained surf instructor within the DWV-, Xenia knows her students and will guide them to rapidly stand on the board and get riding. For advanced surfers, she will bring out the best in your abilities and help you reach the next step. Xenia has a strong passion for competition surfing, and she knows which training will best suit you to get to the next level.
She has obtained numerous titles in the German Surf Championships (2 times German surf champ in womens long boarding and 6 times German vice champ in the open womens category). Xenia is still an active member of the national team.
Xenia is also a Yoga teacher, having obtained her diploma from the Yoga and Health Institution of Cologne.
Xenia becomes French Master 50+ champion in 2024 and secures her ticket for the world championships in El Salvador.
Alain is a true local here in the Southwest coast of France. He has been surfing since 1976 and has a passion for big wave riding.
A trained lifeguard, Alain worked as a lifesaver on the coasts beaches for many years. He knows everything there is to know about rips, waves and ocean security. He is also a certified surf instructor with the DWV.
Alain has had great success in Competition surfing, (6 titles in the Coupe du Cap and 4 times Champion in the German Masters category from 2006 to 2009). Not only does Alain bring out the best in your surfing abilities, he will also give you the best advice when it comes to restaurants, and places to visit in the area.
Hello everyone, my name is Teja.
I'm 35 years old and originally from Belgium. I studied sports and languages. Afterwards, I couldn't resist the call of the mountains and the ocean. I'm passionate about board sports, both in winter and summer. I love to travel and discover new cultures, and especially find surf spots. I've been a certified surf instructor (BPJEPS Surf) since 2019. Always full of energy and enthusiasm, I'll teach you to surf with plenty of patience. We can share some great moments during your active holiday in Contis. I speak several languages: French, English, German, and of course, Dutch.
Santxa speaks French, English, and German. Having graduated high school with highest honors, she is currently studying English at the Sorbonne in Paris.
She grew up immersed in the school environment and has been surfing since she was very young. Her parents never forced her to surf. It was meant to be fun, and she took to it, participating in the Surf Sports Program for four years during her middle school years.
She will welcome you at reception!
Aritz is almost 16 years old. He's been surfing his whole life, speaks French, German, and English, and will be there to help and advise you on wetsuits, sales, and more. He loves surfing, and when he's not in the water, he's skating or watching surf videos. He competes, trains with his father, Marie-Pierre Abgrall, and for the past year, Mattia from the Hossegor Surf Club. He also trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in St. Julien.
Marlene speaks French, German, and English.
After several years working in Germany, she decided to change her life and move to the ocean.
She loves spending time in the water, whether swimming with or without fins, aqua walking, or surfing small waves.
